제목 | Low Work Function Metal Modified ITO as Cathodefor Inverted Polymer Solar Cells |
초록 | During the past decade, organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have attracted great attention because of light weight and potentially low cost. However, most OPVs employ a coductive PEDOT:PSS layer as the hole transporting layer. PEDOT:PSS is aqueous and naturally acidic, which would cause ITO/PEDOT:PSS interface instability. For this reason, in this study, we introduced low work function(LWF) metal modified ITO as cathode for inverted OPVs. This inverted cell shows higher power conversion efficiency and much improved air stability than the conventional cell. |
