Organic-inorganic mixed halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have recently studied in photovoltaic field due to their many advantages. The progress of PSCs is significantly attributed to the efforts in the solvent engineering, interface modification, and compositional tuning. However, instability of PSCs is a critical hindrance to the commercialization, because the lead halide perovskite materials are very sensitive to humidity. In recent, there are several ways of getting high stability via encapsulation, hydrophobic layers or additives, and material engineering. In this work, we adopted a simple way for enhancing stability of PSCs by introducing additives with urethane functional groups to the perovskite precursor solution: polyurethane and ethyl N-phenylcarbamate. We investigated the effect of additives with same functional group on morphology and performance of PSCs. Furthermore, we fabricated flexible devices with additives and the effect of each additive will be discussed. |
