The interest in the preparation and application of nanosized materials is increasing since they can exhibit properties of great industrial interest. Several techniques have been introduced to produce nanomaterials using supercritical fluids. In this study, the patents were searched to investigate the trend and the direction of those technologies. Database was collected using WIPS site, and supported by USPTO, PAJ, EPO and KIPRIS. The patents from 1974 to 2006 were analyzed according to countries, international patent classification(IPC), assignees and technologies. |
