Cataract is a typical aged-related eye disease. Cataract is a phenomenon in which the lens becomes cloudy and is treated through the insertion of an intraocular lens. In the past, the recovery period was long by using a hard PMMA material, but now, a foldable acrylic intraocular lens is used to help speed recovery through small incisions. In this study, a foldable material was prepared for application to a hydrophobic acrylic intraocular lens. At this time, the effect of the type and content of the cross-linking agent on the physical properties of the IOL application was confirmed. |
