제목 Ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction of active components from kudge
초록 Kudzu is a healthy food that can easily access in multiple effects such as healing hangover, menopausal symptoms improve. In particular,  In particular, the spotlight of women consumers by coming to find early menopause , many women today .The reason for this kudzu alleviate menopausal symptoms in women is due to components called the isoflavone contained in kudzu. In addition, during the component in order to maximize the efficacy of arrowroot , there are components of flavonoids with sulfated effect . In this experiment, to find the conditions that can maximize the extraction of natural products from the flavonoid . The first variable in each of the sample volume, temperature , time , alcohol ratio and output . Then using the traditional extraction , ultrasonic extraction method obtains the basic data to extract the antioxidant.
