제목 | Preparation of genistein nanocarriers using electrostatic interaction between the modified PLGA and genistein |
초록 | Genistein, an isoflavone phytonutrient obtained from soybeans1), nanocarriers were prepared using a biodegradable polymer2), poly(D,L lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) containing various contents of amine moieties, as a wall material. During the nanoprecipitation method, the influences of the surfactant types and concentrations on the stability of the nanocarriers were examined. In addition, the electrostatic behaviors (Scheme 1) between amine moieties in the PLGA and the hydroxyl groups on the genistein were investigated depending on the amine contents. The morphology (Figure 1), size, crystalline structure and zeta-potential of genistein/modified PLGA nanocarriers were measured utilizing TEM, DLS, DSC and Zeta-potential analyzer. Scheme 1.
