제목 Analysis of doxorubicin biosynthetic gene cluster and intensive study of regulatory system of Streptomyces peucetious ATCC 27952
초록 Streptomyces peucetious is responsible for producing clinically important chemotherapeutic agents, daunorubicin and doxorubicin , adraimycin. We sequenced 8.2.Mb, 95% of this organism, including comparative study with the previously disclosed biosynthetic gene cluster of doxorubicin. The abundance of previously uncharacterized primary metabolic enzymes is a resource of enormous potential value for further investigation. Mutant of regulatory gene of SARP family is developed for other proteomics investigations. We recognized the GARP, y-butyrolactone auto regulatory proteins which also control the production of antibiotics.
