Graphene-Silica nanocomposite using water glass |
초록 |
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) has been using as a typical transparent electrode material. However, many researchers are studying on alternative materials for the replacement of ITO, because it has some disadvantages such as high manufacturing costs, a lack of flexibility for flexible devices. Graphene is a candidate material for the transparent electrode because of good electrical conductivity and optical transmittance. Graphene can be synthesized by several methods such as the scotch tape method, chemical vapor deposition, and the reduction of graphene oxide. Because graphene oxide (GO) is well dispersed in DI water, we can easily manufacture transparent conducting films (TCFs) by spin coating. In this study, we synthesized graphene-silica nanocomposite using GO and water glass. It was coated on glass substrates by spin coating. And, the resulting films were analyzed on electrical and optical properties. |
