Preparation of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films by sulfurization of electroplated Cu-Zn-Sn precursor |
초록 |
Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films were prepared by sulfurization [550 0C in N2 (95 %) + N2 (5%) atmosphere] of electrodeposited Cu-Zn-Sn precursors. The Cu-Zn-Sn precursors were deposited on Mo-coated glass substrates in a one step process from an electrolyte contains metal salts and trisodium citrate dehydrate. The Cu-Zn-Sn precursors were deposited by varying precursor concentration of individual salts. The influence of individual salt concentration on film composition is discussed in detail. The precursor concentrations were optimized to get phase-pure CZTS with Cu- poor Zn- rich composition having crystallite size in the range of 1 m. |
