초록 | An electrospinning has been greatly payed attention to fabricate ultrafine fibers or webs using an electric force. This technique takes advantage of a high voltage to charge anode the surface of a polymer solution or melt droplet. The counterpart of depositing fibers solidified between capillary tip and collector is induced by cathode. The final fibers grow thinner by repulsive jet. The electropsun nanofibers are very useful in various fields including tissue engineering, catalysis, sensing, composite materials, filtration, protective clothing, etc., owing to their smaller diameter and high surface area1,2. Up to now, endeavor efforts for electrospinning have been provided polymeric materials with nano-scaled structure. More great interest has been evoked in the structure of fibrous fiber mats. Fibers have the cross sectional morphology like hollow or sheath-core structure, furthermore, were prepared in fiber mats composed of a unique nano-porus and ribbon-like-structure3. All most nanofibers produced by using electrospinng was formed like fibrous mats. The objective of this study is to fabricate the continuous PCL nanofiber filaments using electrospinning method. The solvent used to dissolve polymers was a mixture of methylene chloride (MC)/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) with volume ratio of 9/1. Figure 1a shows the continuous fiber filaments with the diameter of about 150 μm directly fabricated via electrospinning. This technique has been expected to provide the industrial applications such as knitting , fabrics, blood tube, etc. Fig. 1. SEM images of continuously electrospu nanofiber bundles. References 1. K.
