Synthesis and characterize quaternary Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals by pulse potential electrodeposition route without using toxic chemicals |
초록 |
Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals (NCs), a promising material for In- and Ga-free absorber in solar cells, were synthesized by electrodeposition method without toxic chemicals. The precursor solutions were prepared at room temperature consisting of Cu, Zn, Sn and S salts. For deposition of CZTS thin films, a pulsed potential electrodeposition method was examined. The Cu-Zn-Sn-S precursor films were prepared by electrochemical deposition from electrolytes containing CuSO4, ZnSO4, SnCl4 and Na2S2O3, and the substrate is a Mo coated soda-lime glass. Effect of complexing agents such as tri-sodium citrate and tartaric acid on the structural, chemical binding energy, compositional and optical properties of CZTS NCs were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Further detailed analysis and discussion of the CZTS NCs will be discussed. |
