Study on the Properties of ABFeO4-y System(A=Sr/Ba, B=Nd) Heat-treated in N2 |
초록 |
The solid solutions of the ABFeO4-y system(A=Sr partly substituted by Ba, B=Nd) having the K2NiF4 structure were prepared in air and then heat-treated in N2 at 1073K for 24h to examine the nonstoichiometry and the applicability as an additive for electrical conducting inorganic adhesives(ECIA).The nonstoichiometric chemical formulas determined by Mohr salt analysis showed that with increase of x values the amounts of Fe4+ (τ values) and oxygen(4-y values) were increased simultaneously. All the samples started to lose some of their oxygen at around 283~613K(TG/DTA thermal analysis(temperature range : 303~1073K)) and exhibited semi- conductivities in the temperature range of 283~1173K. |
