제목 Avidin-Biotin 착물 현상을 이용한 제올라이트 결정의 단층 조립화
초록 Here, we report a well-ordered monolayer of zeolite microcrystals onto glass plate through avidin-biotin complexation. First of all, we prepared an undecyl compound in which biotin is attached on one end and trimethoxysilane is attached on the other end. The biotin-linked undecyl compound was then tethered to glass plates and zeolite crystals. Treatment of the biotin-tethering glass plate with avidin followed by biotin-tethering zeolite crystals led to monolayer assembly of zeolite crystals on the glass plates. We found that the physical stability of zeolite monolayer increased, when the monolayer was treated with avidin solution more a time.
