제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Zn doped CeO2 by a Solvothermal Process
초록 Zn doped CeO2 were prepared under low temperature and high pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous ammonium hydroxide. Zn doped Ceria were obtained by a reaction at the temperature at 120℃ for 2h. The average size and size distribution of the synthesized particles were around 10nm and narrow, respectively. The specific surface area of the synthesized Zn doped CeO2 particles above 100m2/g. The XRD diffraction pattern shows that the synthesized powders were crystalline. This study has shown that the synthesis of Zn doped CeO2 is possible under solvothermal conditions in distilled water/etanol solution. The effects of synthesis parameters, such as the solvent ratio of starting solution, pH of starting solution, are discussed.
