제목 ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONALIZATION OF SUBMICRO-SIZED POROUS SILICA PARTICLE
초록 Hybrid silica materials containing organic functional materials have received considerable interest in sensory application due to their physical and chemical stability compared to organic materials. Submicro-sized porous silica particles were prepared by low-temperature sol-gel process with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). Surface of silica particles was modified with 2,5-bis(5-aminobenzoxazol-2-yl)benzene-1,4-diol. Silica particles functionalized with bisbenzoxazole moiety were organized into ordered arrays by a solvent evaporation method. We prepared ordered state of silica particles incorporated with bisbenzoxazole moiety and expected to use in patterned array with enhanced stability.
