제목 Antioxidant Activities of Liquid-Exfoliated Transition Metal Dichalcogenides
초록 Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) such as MoS2, WS2, MoSe2, and WSe2 were effectively exfoliated into monolayered TMDs in water by sonication and cascade centrifugation. TMD monolayers had 50~150 nm in lateral size. In addition, TMD monolayer showed strong photoluminescence in visible range. It was also found that all types of TMD monolayers showed much higher antioxidant activities than Trolox that is a well-known antioxidant of vitamin E. Moreover, all of TMD monolayers showed outstanding sustainability and photo-/thermal-stabilities in antioxidant activities as compared to Trolox.
