제목 The Molecular dynamic study about the behaviors of copolymers at the polymeric liquid-liquid interface.
초록 The various effects caused by different structure of surfactants in the biphasic system composed of two kind of immiscible homo-polymer chains(A/B phase), are investigated by Molecular Dynamic simulations. We studied with two different types of surfactants. Type 1 is a diblock-copolymer surfactant composed with 60 monomers(30 A beads and 30 B beads). Type 2 is a grafted-copolymer surfactant of which two or tree side chains composed of, respectively, 15 B monomers or 10 B monomers, are attached to main back bone chain composed of 30 A monomers. We calculate the interfacial tension by using Hardy stress tensor and compare the result with molecular structure distinction. In addition, we discuss various effects as increasing effective stiffness of polymers.
