Dispersive Liquid Phase Microextraction using Ionic Liquid as Extractant for the Enrichment and Determination of Aromatic Amines in Environmental Water |
초록 |
Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction using ionic liquid was developed for preconcentration of aromatic amine. A mixture of extraction solvent (100 μL, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophoshate) and dispersive solvent (750 μL, methanol) were injected into the aqueous samples (10.00 mL), forming a cloudy solution. Then the enriched analytes in the sediment phase were determined by HPLC-UV. The enrichment factors for target compounds were above 50 and the limits of detections were 0.023-0.015 μg/L. The target compounds in real water samples with spiked recoveries over the range 87.0 to 107.2%. |
