Preparation and Characterization of Electrospun PVDF-HFP membranes for Lithium Polymer Battery Application |

Several polymer nanofiber membranes were fabricated by an electrospinning of PVDF-HFP solution with acetone as a solvent, containing a small amount of water (0, 2, 4, and 6 wt%, respectively) as a non-solvent. Morphological and mechanical properties of the fabricated membranes were analyzed by SEM and UTM. Also, we observed the electrochemical properties such as the ionic conductivity and battery performances of the electrospun membranes through AC impedance analyzer and battery performance test system. The results showed that these electrochemical properties were significantly affected by water contents. |
