제목 Effect of a degree of imidization on performance of organic thin film transistors
초록 Polyimides are typical heat resistant polymers, which has been widely used for electronic industries due to their good thermal stability, chemical resistance, excellent mechanical and electrical properties. It has been well known that polyamic acid (PAA) intermediates has been converted to the polyimide film by a treatment at high tempeature above 350 oC. In this presentation, we will report performance of the organic thin film transistors with the polyimide gate insulators cured at differnt imidization conditions. Fabrication temperatures and degree of imidizations for OTFT devices were ranged from 160~350 oC and 80~100%, respectively. Mobility of the OTFT device was 0.55 cm2/Vs, which was dramatically improved compared to that of the OTFT deviceswith the polyamic acid as a gate insulator.
