Preparation of O-substituted Water-soluble Chitosan Self-assembly Particle System |

O-CMChPEGs (methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG)-g-low molecular water soluble chitosan(LMWSC)) with different mPEG ratio were synthesized by graft polymerization between O-substituted water soluble chitosan(O-CMCh) and mPEG for drug and/or gene delivery system. The physicochemcal characterisitcs of O-CMChPEGs were investigated by FT-IR, 1H NMR, gel permeation chromatograph(GPC). These results showed that O-CMChPEGs were successfully synthesized by graft polymerization. |
