제목 Ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) capacitors with transfer printed top electrode in MFM structure
초록 In capacitors with ferroelectric polymers in metal/ferroelectric/metal (MFM) structures, organic materials are exposed to energetic particles or radiation during conventional top electrode fabrication process such as thermal or electron-beam evaporation. By applying transfer printing technique for top electrode fabrication, chain conformation of poly(vinylidene difluoride-trifluoroethylene) copolymer has been found to be intact, whereas the evaporated top electrodes has led to the disruption of all-trans chain conformation of the ferroelectric copolymer. In accordance with the change in chain conformation, capacitors made with transfer-printed electrode show much superior performances to those with evaporated ones.
