Preparation of porous carbon films by drying in humid condition |
| 초록 |
Porous carbons have been studied as electrodes, filters, catalysts and thermal insulators. Macroporous carbon films were prepared using spin coated thin films of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) in N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) solvent followed by drying in humid condition. Porosity of carbon films was controlled by drying time in humid condition and relative humidity. Porous carbon films were characterized by various techniques including SEM, AFM, Raman spectroscopy, resistivity meter. Drying time in humid condition and higher relative humidity led to rough and porous structure of carbon films. |
