In this study, we prepared the adhesive using the natural marine material such as croaker air bladder. Gelatin from the dried croaker air bladder was obtained through the hot-water extraction and CABA(the croaker air bladder adhesive) was prepared by cooling process. The resulting adhesive confirmed properties by altering the reacting ration of 1:0, 1:1, 1:2, 2:1 CABA and silk fibroin. Surface and structural properties of the adhesives were determined by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Foruier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). Modulus of elasticity and t-peel strength of the adhesives was estimated using the Rheometer & universal testing machine(UTM). As a result, the adhesion was decreased according to the amount of the silk fibroin, but modulus was increased. Further cell viability were observed harmless to the human body. The obtained products have the potential to serve as medical adhesive in the future. |
