Optimization of synthesis fluorescent lactose-based carbon quantum dots through facile microwave irradiation |
초록 |
Water-soluble carbon quantum dots (CQDs) demonstrate strong blue emissions with high mass yield up to 43.5% are easily prepared by microwave irradiation bottom up approaches of lactose as starting materials. This method is efficient for both polymerization and carbonization of the starting materials. The resulting lactose based CQDs have an efficient photo luminescent properties without adding passivation agent or inorganic additive, as well this self-passivation layer on the surface can facilitate their high solubility in water. This water soluble lactose based CQDs can further used in many applications in the fields of bio imaging, light emitting diode, electronic device and photovoltaics. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음 |
