제목 Pheophorbide A conjugated heparinized magnetic nanoaparticles for simultaneous magnetofluorescence imaging and therapy
초록 In this study, photosensitizer conjugated iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) were strategically designed and prepared for bimodal cancer imaging and therapy. PheoA conjugated biocompatible heparin were covalently anchored on the surface of IONPs with silane coupling agent which binds on the surface of the nanoparticle. The detailed characterization of the final product reveals the importance of this nanoparticle. We investigated that the covalently incorporated PheoA molecules retained their spectroscopic and functional properties for NIR fluorescence imaging and PDT. And single oxygen detection by laser therapy via UV and photo-lumiscence. In vitro phototoxicity and dark toxicity measure on epithelial cancer (KB) cells. Along with iron oxide nanoparticles offered the functions of magnetically guided drug delivery and MRI. So that prepared single hybrid nanoparticle is a platform for suitable simultaneous photodynamic tumor therapy and dual-mode NIR fluorescence imaging and MRI.
