제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polyimide based Mesostructured Hybrid Materials
초록 Many studies have been carried out to lower PI’s dielectric constant. Mesoporous materials are potential candidates for a variety of applications, in the fields of catalysis, optics, photonics, sensors due to their large surface area and pore volumes. In this work, the PI and mesostructured hybrid materials will be prepared. The Water-soluble poly (amic acid) were prepared by adding ammonium salts and characterized using FT-IR. The mesostructured materials, prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS), and amino acid, L-lysine, were characterized using BET, Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS).
