Cesium lead bromide (CsPbBr3) all-inorganic perovskite material is regarded as a promising material for light harvesting absorber for stable and transparent perovskite solar cells (PSCs). In this study, we synthesized Cu-Zn-In-S-Se (CZISSe) quantum dots (QDs) and embedded them into CsPbBr3 absorber films. For embedding QDs, ligand exchange process was used in order to replace organic long chain ligands to inorganic CsPbBr3 shell and enable the blended solution of CZISSe QDs and PbBr2 precursor. The QDs acted as crystal seeds on the PbBr2 film and promoted the crystallization of CsPbBr3. Furthermore, they were located at the interface of mesoporous TiO2/CsPbBr3, improving the extraction and transport of the electrons from the light absorber layer to electrode. |
