제목 Fabrication of Ga203 hybrid type wide band gap as photocatalyst for enhanced decomposing VOCs.
초록 Emissions of organic solvents used in various industrial fields cause many problems such as atmospheric, water quality, soil, and ocean. In particular, organic compounds classified as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are present in the atmosphere in various forms, causing serious environmental problems. Environmental problems emerge as a major priority issue for human beings, and movements to treat these organic substances friendly to the environment using semiconductor metal oxides as photocatalysts are actively occurring. Recently, the field of photocatalyst utilizing Ga 2 O 3 attracts attention. The performance is also environmentally friendly and economically superior to environmental treatment methods such as traditional activated carbon adsorption, chemical treatment, air stripping, Ozonization and incineration. So, in this work, we fabricated porous semiconductors with wide band gap through polymer assisted wet chemical method followed by chemical reduction of silver nanoparticle and Ga2O3 wet in metal foam method followed at the semicondutor surface.
