제목 Graphene oxide/gallium iron selenide hybrid nanocomposite-modified electrode for electrochemical detection of dopamine
초록 Two-dimensional graphene oxide (GO) has attracted interest in various fields of electrochemistry including electrochemical biosensors, supercapacitor and electrocatalysis. However, the application of GO in electrochemical biosensing is limited due to self-agglomerations, non-specificity and poor repeatability. Herein, we present hybrid nanocomposite for electrochemical detection of biomolecule, dopamine (DA). The nanocomposite is composed of amine functionalized graphene oxide (fGO) and metal selenide (GaFeSe2). Hydrothermal synthesis route is used to fabricate the nanocomposite and its electrochemical performance is studied by CV, DPV and EIS using glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The fabricated GaFeSe2-fGO/GCE sensor exhibits low detection limit (4µM) with linear range of 0.05 -120 µM.
