제목 Microwave Dielectric Properties of MgMoO4/Polystyrene Composites
초록 Effects of crystalline phases of polystyrene (PS) on dielectric properties of MgMoO4 / PS composites were investigated as a fuction of MgMoO4 content and the microwave frequencies. The α and β forms of PS were obtained by thermal treatment and the γ forms were obtained by solvent treatment respectively. The composites with γ forms of PS showed the higher dielectric constant (K) and lower dielectric loss (tan δ) than those of the composites with α and β forms of PS. With increasing of MgMoO4 content, the K of the composites was increased due to the higher K of MgMoO4 than that of PS, while tan δ was increased due to the pores between MgMoO4 and PS. Good frequency stability on the K of the composites was confirmed from 1GHz to 9.4GHz. However, the tan δ of the composites was increased with frequencies. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (TCF) was also discussed for thermal stability of the composites.
