Technology of Isocyanate free polyurethane system based on Michael reaction |
초록 |
Two-component polyurethane gives excellent chemical and mechanical property so, still continues to be the leading technology for high performance coating systems. It is used in the field like top coatings for automotive refinish, industrial coatings, elastic coatings for floor and sport facilities, waterproofing of roof. However the use of highly toxic isocyanates in the polyurethane systems leads to environmental and healthy hazards. Yet the regulation of isocyanate compound doesn’t work, some well-fared countries are now regulating the using of isocyanate compounds. It will be gradually broaden the limit of regulation and will be more the number of countries of regulation. In this presentation I will introduce new technologies of isocyanate free polyurethane and technology of isocyanate free polyurethane system based on Michael reaction. |
