제목 Solvent-assisted nanoparticle embedding onto MF membrane surfaces for surface-concentrated anti-biofouling activity
초록 We report a new fabrication method of biofouling-resistant nanocomposite membranes by embedding hydrophilic and antibacterial nanoparticles (chitosan-doped MIL-100 (Fe)) on the surface of polyvinylidene fluoride polymer matrix. The selective arrangement of chitosan-doped MIL-100 (Fe) on sponge-like membrane surface was made by adding a secondary nanoparticle solution layer onto the nascent polymer film. The resultant membranes exhibited both hydrophilic and antibacterial properties The current work provides a novel avenue to the design of stable and versatile anti-biofouling nanocomposites.
