제목 Synthesis and photocatalytis of CNT/TiO2 composites derived from MWCNT and titanium alkoxides/benzene
초록 In this present paper, CNT/TiO2 composites were prepared by using MWCNT with different titanium alkoxides/benzene. The surface morphology, structural variations and elemental analysis are investigated through preparation of the five kinds of CNT/TiO2 composites. From the SEM results, it was shown that the MWCNTs were homogenously decorated with well-dispersed particles with a few of TiO2 aggregates in all of the samples. In the XRD patterns, all of the samples were observed the mixed phase of anatase and rutile when they heat treated at 973 K. From the EDX data, the main elements such as C, O and Ti were existed in all of the samples. Finally, according to the results of MB removal experiment, it could be suggested the plausible photocatalytic mechanism between MWCNTs and TiO2.
