Organic solar cells (OSCs) have great attention because of their strong light absorption, easy of accessibility resulted in high performance. To commercialization of OSCs, there are some challenges of multi-layer coating process of OSCs with interfacial problems. The hybridization of photoactive materials and buffer materials with directional properties can be helpful for enhancing performances and processability of OSCs. In this study, hybrid solar cells with buffer materials in photoactive layer were fabricated via solution process. When buffer materials introduced in photoactive layer, they formed phase separation with rearranging molecular order. As a result, carrier recombination was reduced and performance and stability of fabricated devices were enhanced. |
