제목 Tuning ultramicroporosity of carbon molecular sieve(CMS) membrane with electron beam irradiation
초록 The conventional separation process is energy-intensive because it requires phase change to separate one from another. Membrane-based separation process does not possess phase change but it separates the molecules by size, sorption and diffusion difference. Carbon molecular sieves (CMS) membranes are synthesized by pyrolyzing polymer precursors and it has shown high performance.
