제목 Study on properties of strength change of aluminum phosphate ceramic matrix composites
초록 Aluminum phosphate ceramics (APC) has excellent shape stability and strength, and thermal stability as a refreactory, so that it can be used as a binder for die casting. It is expected that the organic binder used for casting molds will generate a large amount of harmful substances when injecting the high temperature molten metal. However, if APC is used as the binder, it is expercted to be very valuable as an emission free ceramic binder which does not generate harmful substances. APC have various physical properties such as curing temperature, strength and cureing time depending on the ratio of phophorus and aluminum. Therefore, the ratio of phophorus and aluminum should bo appropriately adjusted according to characteristics of the application. In our study, we measured the strength of specimens using APC binder. the specimens were measured for the strength change of the specimen according to the binder content and binder curing temperature, and detailed description was added.
