Carbon material is frequently used as supports to load Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles as catalysts in fuel cell. Pt supported secondary carbon material that combining hydrophilic Graphene Oxide (GO) and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) of high conductivity. MWCNT functionalized by HCl increase to form carboxylic and hydroxyl bonds on the carbon nanotube surface. Functionalized MWCNT with rGO expect to homogeneous dispersion of Pt and CO-resistance. In our research, we compared the electrochemical property between Pt-rGO/CNT and Pt-rGO/f-CNT. Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement. Average particle size and morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Crystallinity, structure and size of catalysts were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). |
