제목 Nano-Stem Cells Therapeutics for High Quality Tissue Regeneration
초록 Recently, there has been considerable progress creating stem cell–derived multicellular constructs that can replicate the main structures and functions of tissues and organs. Although the conventional methods have been widely used to form stem cell-based artificial tissues and organs, the new technologies to address major technical challenges are necessary for stem cells-based industrialization. I will talk about i) our current efforts on developing a series of advanced tissue and organ constructs inspired by the unique architectures of ECMs and their applications for better understanding of the function of living cells and ii) how micro- and nanotechnologies can contribute to stem cell research to create mature tissues with large quantity. Finally, iii) discuss our current efforts to combine micro- and nano constructs  and stem cell technology to make emerging opportunities for development and application of nano-stem cells therapeutics for high quality tissue regeneration.
