제목 Biodegradable copolymers derived from 1,4-dioxan-2-one and glycolide
초록 Poly (1,4-dioxan-2-one-co-glycolide), (PDGA), copolymers with different compositions were synthesized by copolymerizations of 1,4-dioxan-2-one (DON) and glycolide (GA) at 115 ℃ in the presence of stannous octoate catalyst. The properties of the resulting copolymer were characterized by various analytical techniques including gel permeation chromatography (GPC), 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), inherent viscosity (IV) and wide-angle X-ray diffractometry (WAXD). The results indicated that these copolymers with higher fraction of PDO presented outstanding properties than poly(ρ-dioxanone).
