제목 Biological toxicity effects of biodegradation using hydra protein on Nano Graphene oxide and Nano-silver during zebrafish embryogenesis
초록 Nanomaterials (NMs) are used in various industrial fields. However, there are concern about the toxicities of NMs and the release of ecosystems after use. Therefore, it is necessary to use NMs safely through management and processing after use. In this study, the effects of biodegradation on NMs were evaluated by zebrafish embryogenesis using hydra protein, an organic material derived from organisms. The expose concentrations of NMs were Nano Graphene oxide(Nano-GO, 10 ㎍/ℓ, 100 ㎍/ℓ), Nano silver (Nano-Ag, 10 ㎍/ℓ, 8.5ⅹ10-6 ㎍/ℓ), and these two types of NMs with Hydra protein were the same concentration.  As a result, it were shown the reduction nano-toxicities in the experimental group containing Hydra protein on zebrafish embryo.
