Among the transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) low dimensional materials, MoS2 nanoparticles based light sensors have recently received considerable attentions due to their extremely high light photo-responsivity. Here we suggests a simple and a low cost method for fabricating nano-film light sensor using the MoS2 nanoparticles and silver nanowires on the SiO2 (300nm)/Si substrate by annealing. MoS2 nanoparticles are well-connected with silver in form of Ag-S chemical bonds, and the vast new chemical bonds as the main way to release photons from MoS2 nanoparticles, and its quantity affects the light response performance of the nano-film can be controlled by changing annealing conditions. Under an illumination intensity of 16.0 mW/cm2, our light sensor exhibited a photo-responsivity of ~1 A/W, a response time and recovery time are ~270 ms and ~650 ms, respectively. Furthermore, the thin film based the flexible and patchable sensors is now underway. |
