제목 Hydrothermally grown TiO2 Nanostructures for Efficient Solid State Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 In this investigation, we have studied in-situ hydrothermally grown exotic nanostructures of rutile TiO2 for efficient solid state perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3) sensitized solar cells. Initially 1D and 3D rutile TiO2 nanostructures were grown by hydrothermally process and used as photoanode for perovskite solar cells. In our process nanorods and nanoflowers provide effective much surface area, good perovskite adsorption and penetration depth. Our results revealed that the hydrothermal processed hollow nanoflowers exhibits photocurrent density of 19.05 mAcm-2, voltage of 0.985V, and fill factor of 0.66, leading to 12.38% conversion efficiency under the simulated AM 1.5G one sun illumination. Our results indicate that the photovoltaic performance was significantly dependent on the nano-morphology. These results are also verified by impedance spectroscopy.
