The Separator is a important factor in the Li-Battery(LiB) for the safety. Nowadays, polyolefin membranes such as PE, PP are used in LiB. But, they have some disadvantages like poor electrolyte wettablity, pore size, thermal stability. To overcome this problems, electrospun nonwoven is a promising candidate for separator membrane. So There have been research of electrospun nanofiber membrane. However, there are some limitations in the electrospinning process. Especially, production speed is so slow that it is not easy to carry out mass production. To solve this problem, we introduce a syringeless electrospinning method. In the experiment, we choose polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) polymer because of better thermal property. In addition to, we improve mechanical property by adding the SiO2 microparticle. and we build spinnability's condition. As a result, separators have good mechanincal property, electrolyte wettability, thermal shrinkage. Besides, they show better ionic conductivity. |
