Dopamine (DA) is known as a neurotransmitter and is associated with neurodegenerative diseases. These detection techniques are essential for early diagnosis of abnormal levels of DA. Here, we fabricated a platform in which a graphene oxide (GO)-polypyrrole (PPy)-gold nanoflower (AuNF). To fabricate the GOPG platform, we fabricated nanohole patterns via laser interference lithography. The GO-PPy pillar was deposited in a nanohole and electrochemical deposition was used to decorate the AuNF on pillar GO-PPy. According to the results of CV, the linear range was 1-100 µM of DA and the LOD was 2.68 µM. In addition, GOPG platform not only has high biocompatibility, but since GOPG can provide nanophotographic clues to cells, it is assumed that GOPG can be used in cell culture and can detect DA from cell. Thus, it became clear that GOPG could be used in a variety of applications, including early diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases, testing of chemicals, and nanomaterials in neurons. |
