제목 Structure and Composition Control of Graphene Nanohybrids for Energy Applications
초록 Our research goal is to provide innovative chemical strategies for the design, synthesis, and assembly of electrochemical nanomaterials through bottom-up approaches, as well as to understand nanoscale phenomena occurring on electrochemical systems for practical energy and biosensor applications. Recently, we reported the delicate control in the micro- and macroscopic structure and chemical composition of carbon nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes and graphenes through chemically programmed assembly of electrochemically functional materials. In this talk, I will introduce the control in the physical structure and chemical composition of graphenes through nanoscale hybridization for applications in electrochemical energy conversion and storage. The solution processable nanohybridization described herein would pave the way to obtain high performances of electrochemical energy devices as well as to overcome the existing technology barriers of carbon nanomaterials.
