제목 | CoFe2O4 nanosheet arrays grown on Ni foil as a highly magnetostrictive layer for self-biased magnetoelectric sensors |
초록 | Magnetoelectric (ME) composites composed of piezoelectric andmagnetostrictive phases have attracted strong interest for the last century, dueto their versatile applications such as energy harvester, magnetic sensor,memory devices, and so on. Magnetostrictive materials that can be mechanicallydeformed by applying external magnetic field have been developed by combiningmore than one magnetic material to exhibit self-bias ME effect from ME composites.However, the inevitable use of epoxy resin into ME laminate composites has deterioratedboth the strain transfer and the self-bias effect in ME laminate composites. In this study, CoFe2O4 magnetostrictivenanosheets (MNS) grown on Ni foil have been prepared by in-situ hydrothermalsynthesis. CoFe2O4 MNS-Ni films with high surfaceroughness were able to be combined with P(VDF-TrFE) piezoelectric films in theabsence of epoxy resin. Finally, ME properties including multiferroicproperties were investigated comprehensively. |
