Currently, the cosmetics industry is positioned as an industry that requires advanced technology due to high demand for natural materials. Vegetable oils, depending upon the individual percentage of fat acids in the molecule, exhibit a variety of properties. Citrus junos seed is used as a raw material for natural cosmetics by using a cold press extraction method. The extraction temperature and speed conditions were adjusted in the cold press extraction process, and the yield under optimum conditions was measured. An optimal extraction yield was 21.2wt.% when 100℃ and 55 speed were chosen. Fatty acid composion, analyzed with GC(BRUKER,Cp8400), was composed of more than 70% of linoleic acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid, which are unsaturated fatty acids. The acidity of citrus was usually 2.25 ± 0.05, 0.7 as test result, and Peroxide value was usually 11.52 ± 1.42, The result of the experiment was 13.7. |
