제목 Detection of Lamella Phase Formation of Diblock Copolymer Thin Films : Neutron Reflection and Dynamic Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry Study
초록 Block copolymers exhibit nanoscale self-assembly behavior to form microscopically ordered structures called microphases. Most block copolymers have been known to exhibit a microphase separation from a disordered state to an ordered state upon cooling, which is referred to as the upper order-disorder transition (UODT). Recently, the development of a variety of powerful experimental techniques provide a detailed information of the phase evolution. In this presentation, we present studies characterizing the evolution of the lamellar phases of diblock copolymers (in a reciprocal spacing) as a function of temperature (TTc, TTc) mainly by neutron reflection techniques, and correlated with secondary ion mass spectrometry (D-SIMS), which provides the depth profiles (in real spacing) of multi-component polymer layers sputtered by energetic ion probes.
