제목 | Characterization of Microbial Community Structure on Biofilm of Forward Osmosis Membrane |
초록 | Membrane fouling is needs key solution to mitigate/control the problems, mainly due to decrease process efficiency and O&M cost. Also, microbial by product substances form biofouling layer matrix that govern physical/chemical properties and structural of biofilm. Understanding of physical/chemical properties and structure of biofilm is essential to control and mitigation of biofouling. In this study, characterization of microbial communities on fouled FO membrane when applied wastewater as feed solution by using the next generation sequencing (NGS) analysis.
